Our Sauce
Our sauce is based on a tried and true Mexican restaurant red sauce.
We use Hanover tomatoes, onions, garlic, lime, cilantro, and salt.
What sets our sauce apart from others is the peppers. Our personal collection of hybrid varieties will tickle your tastebuds while lighting them on fire.
Currently, each harvest only produces 3 quarts of sauce,
making each batch unique in both flavor and heat rating
depending on the harvest.
