Our Porch
Around ten years ago, my then girlfriend (now wife) thought it would be fun to get me a Thai Chili plant to grow on our front porch. She thought it was cute, but at the time she had no idea the monster that she had unleashed. Today, after hundreds of pepper plants and several generations of crossbreeding, we have finally created the perfect blend of peppers from which we make our sauce. We still grow all of our peppers on our porch, in just eleven square feet of pots dedicated solely to our pepper production. Through our genetic selection and crossbreeding we have developed strains that maximize production while minimizing necessary space.
