Our Peppers
We pride ourselves on our custom varieties of peppers. With a mixture of Thai, Fresno, Cherry, Poblano, Lemon, and several others along the way, we have crossbred the perfect peppers for a uniquely delicious sauce. Selecting for both flavor and heat, we have produced peppers ranging from around 5000 to 100,000 Scoville (based on similar peppers, ours remain untested). While we make it spicy, we want you to also enjoy the flavor of our sauce. It will make you sweat, but you'll to want to take another bite before you'll reach for a drink.
